You must return defective item in original material included with the shipment. We will inspect the defective item, after findings of positive manufacturer error or malfunction fault, we will credit refund for your return shipping cost for only defective item and item within the replacement. We don’t refund defective items, we only exchange same item within given allotment time or will replace with similar item, if original item is out of stock or discontinue. We will file and follow up with the damage claim. Upon finding positive damage done in route, we will initiate the process to replace the damage item or shipment.
