Return Policy?

You don’t like it , you ship it back within 10 days for full refund. Buyer pays for return shipping. personalized art, business logos cannot be returned or exchanged

yes you can customize anything you like , price fluctuates accordingly

I have a verse/design in mind can you design it?

custom designing fee are in product detail page or you can contact us for it , we collect fee upfront, sorry we don’t design for free, nor do we share design before payment

I have my own artist , can we bring you design?

yes, as long as it’s on white background we can use your artist sketch and make sure its copyright FREE. we don’t copy other artists work without their permission.

I have custom order request , how long will it take and where do items ship from?

if you order is custom its 40-50 days wait time . If item is in stock then it can be at your house within 10 days worldwide! Expect packages from USA, INDIA or EGYPT, to minimise wait time we are opening facilities. There facilities are NOT open to public, it’s only for shipping and packing purposes.

Are prices fixed? What if I buy 2 art?

prices are 100% fixed. When you buy 2 or more you MAY save on shipping fee.

Are all your items handmade?

yes, we don’t use laser nor do we use CNC. We use saw and basic tools on real wood and metal.
