Refund & Exchange
This is evaluated case by case bases. If a customer changes his/her mind after item is shipped, we will only refund the item cost and customer will have to pay for return shipping. For exchanges, customer will have to pay shipping.
Return window is 14 days from purchase.
IF ITEM BREAKS ON ITS WAY BACK TO US ( RETURN SHIPPING), WE MAY NOT ACCEPT IT. We may only refund prorated amount based on how excessive the damage is. Wood Art is more delicate than metal.
